It should be very clear that if a person who gets arrested on a first offense DUI charge and is found guity and then proceeds to get arrested for DUI a second and a third time, this person has a problem. I am all in favor for a Felony charge to be handed downfor a third offense and possibly a second offense depending on the circumstances. I don’t see how they can shoot down a bill like this.
