Unions involved in the education system have basically raped the school system and have been the primary reason why schools cannot improve using the same rules as any other corporation. Union bosses have absolutely no clue on educating kids. It's all a bit racket too them. And meanwhile, the kids suffer overall, with less choice, less freedom, less adherance to original sources, and incompetent teachers who get rewarded for failure.
