College ‘COF’ bill OK’d in committee

The House Education committee  passed  House Bill 1168 today requiring the state to treat private colleges and universities in Colorado the same as public ones when subsidizing students’ tuition through the Colorado Opportunity Fund.  The bill now heads to the full House for Consideration later this week.
