Senate Bill 22, sponsored by Sen. Greg Brophy, R-Wray, proposing year-round daylight saving time for Colorado, was approved by the Senate Agriculture, Natural Resources, and Energy Committee today. The bill is on its way to the Senate Appropriations Committee.
