House Bill 1256 that would have made it a crime to harm a pregnant woman and her unborn child, excepting abortion, was postponed indefinitely today by its bill sponsors Rep. Mark Waller, R-Colorado Springs and Laura Bradford, R-Collbran.  Also sponsoring the measure was Sen. Pat Steadman, D-Denver.
