Gov. John Hickenlooper announced appointments to the Colorado Health Benefits Exchange Board today. The board was created by SB200, sponsored by Senate President Pro-tem Betty Boyd, D-Lakewood, and House Majority Leader Amy Stephens, R-Monument.
