		<description>Normally I would agree with Rep. Fischer about local control, however, traffic laws should be uniform throughout the State of Colorado.  On my normal ten mile drive to work, I pass through five different jurisdictions and don&#039;t have time to read up on each jurisdictions traffic laws.  Fortunately, I&#039;ve not been nabbed by the cameras, however, I&#039;m in favor of Senator Renfroe&#039;s bill.</description>
